Your 1995 Chevy Cavalier FWD automatic is able to be towed on a tow dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1. According to the online manual you will need to put the front wheels on the dolly then set the parking brake. Next turn the ignition to off to unlock the steering wheel. I was not able to find information the the 2004 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 24F was ever built on a F-450 chassis. I do see that it was built on a E-450 Chassis with either a 6.8L V10 gas engine or 6.0 V8 diesel engine. Check with the vehicle information tag inside the door to confirm the correct model as I have seen the fender emblems changed.

The two biggest suspension upgrades you can make to your RV are going to be an upgraded rear anti-sway bar and a steering stabilizer in that order. I looked up pictures of your 2001 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 22R and it has a cut out for a single step below the door. The Flexco Manual Pull Out step part # SMFP-1100 was designed to fit RV setups just like yours but you'd want to measure first to know for sure. Worst case scenario you'd have to move the mounting brackets or use outriggers like part # LC301704. The width of the mounting brackets of this are 25 inches though. There is one threaded hitch lock that we know will work with the Curt 2-Bike Rack # C18085, assuming that is the one that you have.
